Shipments

Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 2PM EST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via standard ground service by UPS or our preferred freight carrier.

Promotional free ground shipping is offered within the continental United States only.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

International orders must be returned via Border-free and must be authorized using a return form. International order returns shall refund the item purchase price, and will not include any international shipping charges or fees. International customer return refunds exclude all shipping fees, duties, taxes and tariffs.

P.O. Boxes

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or United States Post Office(please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes).
