Shipments
Orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Florida. We believe in customer appreciation and loyalty rewards. Please check our website to learn more about our free domestic shipping promotions to locations within the contiguous United States (excludes AK, HI, PR). Please be aware that Lauren G Adams does not ship to any PO boxes.

Unfortunately, due to the wide variance of parcel shipping and insurance rates outside the United States, free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 2PM EST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. The following shipping methods are available:

Free ground shipping is valid for orders over $75. Free ground shipping offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. 

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via standard ground service by UPS or our preferred freight carrier.

SHIPPING CHARGES

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Lauren G Adams is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

 

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes).

International Orders
International orders must be returned via Borderfree and must be authorized using a return form. International order returns shall refund the item purchase price, and will not include any international shipping charges or fees. International customer return refunds exclude all shipping fees, duties, taxes and tariffs.
Order Processing

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unopened returns received within 30 days of purchase date will recieve a full refund. After 30 days, store credit will be applied to all returns. After 30 days, we retain the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee. Please note that return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days, once received by the return department. During the holidays, return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days.

Merchandise must be in original, unused and undamaged condition. All tags, pouches, and bags must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns (i.e. not including a Lauren G Adams exchange form, which is included in the original shipment, undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after sixty (60) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise and packed securely. Lauren G Adams will not accept damaged packages and is not responsible for in-transit loss. No exchange or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in used or damaged condition. Please package returns with adequate protective padding and materials. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service department prior to shipping items back to Lauren G Adams.
Exchange Policy
Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. Items must be unworn and in the original bag with tag. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged; or has signs of wear and tear.

Any product purchased during a promotion related to a “gift with purchase” can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the item is of more value we will require a payment for the difference. This can be included in the merchandise exchange section of the shipping and handling form.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items or international orders are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

Lauren G Adams does not provide return labels. For your security, we recommend using a traceable carrier and insuring your package for the value of the contents. Lauren G Adams is not responsible for shipments lost by the carrier or not received at our facility. Lauren G Adams cannot reimburse for shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. The exchange process begins after your package is delivered to us. Please contact our customer service department to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping items back to Lauren G Adams. Contact Customer Service via email at returns@laurengadams.com or by phone 800-562-8860 between 9am-5pm EST. Monday - Friday. Include a copy of your receipt along with your name, address, telephone number and your original web order number (if applicable). Provide a brief explanation for the return, along with the product number of the product you wish to receive in exchange.

All exchanges are subject to shipping and handling charges. Lauren G Adams offers shipping via UPS or our preferred freight carrier. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

Please complete the enclosed Credit Card Authorization Form and submit it to: returns@laurengadams.com or include it with your return. Standard Ground shipping cost is $10 and takes 3-5 business days, Excluding Saturdays and Holidays *Shipping times are approximate.
Enamel and Stone Color Variations
All gemstones and glass cabochons are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with semi-precious stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. All of our jewelry is hand-crafted and each color is mixed individually. Each enamel can have natural variations in color and may feature very slight imperfections. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Manufacturer Defects
We guarantee our products to be free of any manufacture defects. However, sometimes mistakes do happen. Please check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of defects. If you find a manufacturing defect in your product, please contact us immediately for replacement. Goods damaged due to use or neglect will not be exchanged.
Repair and Replacement
We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and fine materials. If damaged jewelry can be repaired, you are responsible for shipping to and from our repair center. If item can not be repaired and needs replacement, a 50% replacement fee will be applied. Once we receive the product and determine its condition, we will contact you to decide what further action to take. If the product was purchased within 60 days, you may be eligible for a free replacement. Please fill out repair sheet before shipping your repair back.
Jewelry Care and Cleaning
Clean jewelry with a polishing cloth (or any type of soft cloth, as not to scrape the metal) in order to remove impurities, oils, dirt, etc. You may soak your jewelry for a few seconds in warm, soapy water and gently brush it with a Q-tip or soft-headed toothbrush. This will enable you to clean hard-to-reach spaces around the accent stone setting. Dirt and oils may collect around the stone setting and this is a good way to keep the area clean and free of dulling debris. Thoroughly rinse and dry afterwards.

Do not wear your jewelry while working with household chemicals. If you do come in contact with chemicals, wash your jewelry immediately with warm water and soap, and dry thoroughly. This will help to reduce any potential damage.

Avoid swimming pools and hot tub while wearing your jewelry, as chlorine can compromise the surface of the stone and enamel and potentially cause discoloration.

Commercial jewelry cleaners may use solutions that are very strong and may cause extensive damage to jewelry. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners and steam baths designed for jewelry. They are not safe for use on Lauren G Adams jewelry and may damage stones.

Cuff sizes or shapes should not be tampered with. Avoid bending to open or reduce them. This can distort the plating and damage the bezel setting of the stone.

Clasped bangles also require special care. If the clasp becomes bent or distorted in any way, it will not align correctly. Bangles may shift position throughout the day, but it is important to wear the push button that opens the clasp on the inside of the wrist, this will help prevent the clasp from accidental opening.

Earrings may become bent during shipping or use. Slight adjustments of the posts up or down will usually fix these issues. Posts are very small and delicate so use caution when storing earrings to prevent bending of posts.
Privacy
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
