Return Policy
If you wish to return your order for store credit within 30 days of your original purchase date, go ahead and email us at sales@laurengadams.com to receive a RA form to start your return.
Items that end in .99, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders from outside the continental U.S. are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. You may use a return label provided for you on the return page. If used, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from the total cost of refund. Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking information and must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Please make sure to package the merchandise securely and safely to avoid damage while in transport. Lauren G Adams will not accept damaged packages and is not responsible for in-transit loss. Merchandise must be in original and unused condition. All tags, pouches, and bags must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, delivery may be refused, and the merchandise could be returned to sender. Store credit will be given upon request on the "returns" page. Once your return is received, you will receive the credit in your account for future use. Store credit returns will receive store credit. Unfortunately, due to fluctuating inventory, we do not handle direct product exchanges. However, if you follow the returns instructions provided above, you will be able to reorder the item you wish to exchange once your return is processed. Your refund will be credited back to your original account you placed an order within 5-7 business days, once received by our return department. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to 15 business days to process your return. |
