2. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

4. Returns must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return:

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:
